This four-day course covers the LITE system. This course covers functionality and how to use the LITE system as a SNAP worker. This includes but is not limited to the process of interviewing an applicant through the issuance of benefits. LITE Orientation consists of an overview of the required fields, help menus, application registration, data collection, etc
