Eligibility and Requirements

For each case, noncustodial parents must pay:

Two months of court-ordered child support $100 toward past-due support Administrative fee (if court-ordered)

Note: This amount does not include any reinstatement fees from the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV). Noncustodial parents interested in participating are encouraged to make an appointment with their child support caseworker to find out how much they must pay to qualify for the promotion. For arrears-only cases, payment amounts will be determined individually. These payments are in addition to any fines or fees owed to the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles for reinstating a license.
