Adoption Petitions

Act 6 of the 2021 Louisiana Legislature requires that an annual statistical report of adoption petitions in Louisiana be made available to the public. The reports are presented below based on the federal fiscal year.


Annual Progress & Service Report (APSR)

HCR 74 (opens in a new tab) of the 2003 Legislative session requires the development of an annual statistical report on foster care and adoption in Louisiana. The reports are presented below based on the state fiscal year.
