  • Online: Submit directly from the DCFS Website by selecting submit.
  • In Person: Visit your child support office at 3519 Patrick Street, Lake Charles, LA 70605 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. This program is only available in the Lake Charles Region.
