Mission
The Kinship Navigator Program (KNP) empowers kinship caregivers by connecting them with the resources, guidance, and support they need to successfully navigate legal, financial, and social service systems. Through comprehensive assistance, KNP helps create safe, stable, and nurturing environments where children can thrive while remaining connected to their families and communities.
Goals

- Preserving connections with birth parents and extended family members whenever appropriate.

- Increasing access to community resources, benefits, and supportive services.
- Building strong community partnerships that support kinship families.
- Enhancing long-term positive outcomes for children and their caregivers.
