Corrective Action Plan (CAP)

Effective December 4, 2023, the electronic corrective action plan (CAP) process was implemented for all inspections completed 12/04/2023 moving forward. Your CAP and any supported related documents shall be submitted utilizing the Sanswrite licensee portal. Questions related to registering for a Sanswrite account or portal related issues should be directed to Outlier Technologies staff @ 1-800-984-9346, option 2.
