Lafourche Parish/Thibodaux Region Child Welfare and Child Support Offices Move to New Location
New Child Welfare and Child Support facility expands access, supports growing staff, and strengthens DCFS’s presence in the community.
BATON ROUGE, LA - The Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) Lafourche Parish/Thibodaux Region Child Welfare Office and Thibodaux Region Child Support Office recently moved to a larger, modern facility to better serve children and families in the region. Staff are ready to assist families with services including child support, child welfare, foster care and adoption services. The offices are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
