CSE Enforcement Tools Training

This one-day training provides participants with a foundational understanding of the procedures and processes involved in the enforcement of child support orders. Topics will include income assignment, license suspension, financial institution data match (freeze and seize), passport denial, consumer reporting, lottery and gaming intercepts, federal and state offsets, contempt of court and the management of arrears-only cases.

Attorneys who complete this training will be eligible to receive Continuing Legal Education credit (CLE). Additional information regarding credit hours will be provided at the training.
