DCFS Launches New Online Public Records Center

BATON ROUGE - The Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) has launched its new online Public Records Center, a centralized and more efficient system for the public to request and receive public records from the Department.

The new portal gives users the opportunity to submit public records requests, track their requests and view released records in one centralized and user-friendly location.

"Our new online Public Records Center is a wonderful tool that will enhance transparency while also providing a more streamlined system for us to respond to public records requests," said DCFS Secretary Marketa Garner Walters. "It's a win-win for everyone."
