Louisiana Receives Adoption Incentive Award for Fourth Consecutive Year

In East Baton Rouge, sites Wednesday will serve parish residents who have last names beginning with H-L. On Wednesday, sites will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except Healing Place Church, which will close at Noon because of previously scheduled events at the church.
