Staying Power: The Supervisor's Role in Retaining Child Welfare Staff

This evidence based Staying Power curriculum begins with the premise that the immediate supervisor can influence the organizational climate experienced by Child Welfare Staff. The retention oriented supervisor focuses on the high performers and the factors that are likely to keep these staff motivated and productive.
