Staying Power: The Supervisor's Role in Retaining Child Welfare Staff

This curriculum recognized the need for supervisors to be supported in the efforts to retain productive staff. To facilitate this, upper management will be involved in an orientation and information session. The session will provide Agency leaders with an overview of the training content as well as a call to action in support of their learning and the transfer of that learning once back in the office.
