Youth Transition Plan Training (Train the Trainers Session)

This Train the Trainer Session (for State Office Foster Care Unit and CQI staff only) will address effective collaboration among caseworkers, foster caretakers, independent living providers and youth in planning for youth transitions from foster care to success in adulthood. This training will provide 6 hours credit.

Special instructions: Please bring your own lunch; Training will continue through lunch. This Train the Trainer Session is for State Office Foster Care Unit and CQI staff only.
