August 1-5, 2016 Week 2 –Building Family Engagement, Legal Issues and Court Preparation, Secondary Trauma, and Worker Safety
August 15-19, 2016 Week 3 – Child and Adolescent Development, Separation and Placement, and Physical Indicators
August 29-September 2, 2016 Week 4 Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, and Specialized Training Week

Special instructions: Please note: Lodging is not approved for Sunday nights as Orientation will begin at 12 noon on Mondays. Supervisors requesting to register a current employee who has transferred to a new program for Specialized Week should email the employees name, EIN, Region, and Program to DCFS.CW-Training@LA.GOV Refer to Training Memorandum TM 16-039 for additional information.
