Quality Parenting Pre-Service Training: A Journey Home

This training with give an overview of the new foster parent and adoptive parent curriculum. Some of the topics will include: Fostering and how children enter foster care, as well as helping children with grief, attachment, birth family and separation issues; discipline and helping families assess the impact of fostering in their families; trauma and Agency policy.

Special instructions: This training is open to all Home Development Supervisors, Home Development Specialist, and one(1) Foster Parent Co-trainer from each region.
