Child Welfare New Worker Legal Training

This training is designed to provide New Workers fundamentals of knowledge and skills needed for Child Welfare service delivery common to CPS, FS, and FC program areas. Legal training will include specific information to assist in introducing new Child Welfare staff to their roles and responsibilities. This training will also discuss types of hearings as it relates to children and families involved with the DCFS in regards to safety, permanency, and well-being.
