The Child Welfare Worker Orientation provides fundamental knowledge and skills needed for Child Welfare service delivery common to CPS, FS, and FC program areas. This series will include program specific information to assist in introducing new Child Welfare staff to their daily tasks and duties while employed at DCFS.

Special instructions: Please refer to Training Memorandum (TM 17-034) for very important specifics related to the dates, begin and end time, parking, registration and travel.
