CAFE/LAMI Orientation-New ES Workers, Session 1

This four day course covers CAFE/LAMI. The CAFE course consists of an integration of CAFE Releases 1, 2, 3, and 4. CAFE training covers functionality and how to use CAFE as a SNAP worker which includes the process of interviewing an application through the issuance of benefits. LAMI orientation consists of an overview of the required fields, help menus, etc. as well as the suggested order of data processing in the legacy system.

Special instructions: Class begins at 12:30pm only on Monday, September 18, 2017. Tuesday thru Thursday class will begin at 8:30am.
