Family Services Engagement, Assessment and Case Planning

This is a mandatory training for all Family Services workers and supervisors developed to improve assessments and decision making skills within the Family Services Program. This training is provided to Family Services staff to ensure staff receive assessment and case planning training with an overarching focus on family engagement and skills to enhance family relationship through matching services to meet their needs.

Special instructions: Please contact your regional trainer for more information. If you are attending Infant Mental Health Training, you will not have to attend this training.
