Family Services Engagement, Assessment and Case Planning

This is a mandatory training for all Family Services worker and supervisors that was developed to improve assessments and decision making skills within the Family Services Program. This training is provided to Family Services staff to ensure that our staff receives assessment and case planning training with an overarching focus on family engagement and skills to enhance family relationship through matching services to meet their needs.
