CPI/FS/ARFA Training

This 32 total hours training session will focus on increasing the program specific knowledge and skill levels of staff who work within three program areas. Specific content includes: interviewing for specific problem issues; interviewing potentially problematic clients; conducting effective assessments with families; case analysis and presentation; advantages of shared decision making; utilization and role of the supervisor; and on-going self-assessments from which plans for individual professional growth will be developed.

Special instructions: This training is for all new Child Welfare employees who have completed New Worker Orientation Weeks 1, 2, and 3.
