Louisiana Integrated Technology for Eligibility (LITE) Orientation

This four-day course covers the LITE system functions. This training provides the SNAP worker with the knowledge and tools to maintain work items such as but is not limited to processing cases, conducting interviews, checking and/or updating statuses, setting tasks, etc.

Special instructions: Class begins at 12:30 pm on Monday, November 14, 2022. Tuesday thru Thursday, class will begin at 8:30 am.
