CSE- Case Initiation and Assessment Training

This two-day training covers the critical thinking involved in assessing an application/referral to determine how the case needs to be set up and what actions are needed to move the case to the point of establishing a child support order.
This training is mandatory for all intake CSE and contract DA staff whose tasks include intake, paternity status, paternity establishment, locate activities, and interviewing customers and for anyone whose duties include supervision of these staff.
