Functional Behavior Approach (FBA) Overview (Alexandria Region)

Participants will learn more about moving away from focusing on the youth's behaviors, to understanding the underlying needs the behavior is communicating. FBA offers a way of understanding behaviors from a needs perspective, informed by research on brain development and trauma.
