CAFE/LAMI Orientation

This four-day course covers CAFE/LAMI. The CAFÉ course consists of an integration of CAFÉ Releases 1, 2 and 3. CAFÉ training covers functionality and how to use CAFÉ as a SNAP worker which includes the process of interviewing an applicant through the issuance of benefits. LAMI Orientation consists of an overview of the required fields, help menus, etc. as well as the suggested order of data processing in the legacy system.
