CPI/ARFA Fundamentals Case Decision Making Training Session

This training session will focus on increasing the program specific knowledge and skill level of staff who work within these three program areas. Specific content includes: Interviewing for specific challenging issues, interviewing clients, conducting effective assessments with families, case analysis and presentation, advantages of shared decision making, utilization and role of the supervisor, along with on-going self-assessments from which plans for individual professional growth will be developed.
PREREQUISITE: Participants must have completed New Worker Orientation Weeks One, Two, and Three.
Special instructions: This training will begin at 12:30 p.m. Monday, and 8:30 a.m. each additional day. The training will end at 3:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and end at noon on Friday.
