DCFS Appeals Unit ES Analysts Appeals Process Training

This training is provide information about the Agency appeal process and to provide the information needed by ES analysts to prepare and complete a Summary of Evidence in preparation for a hearing on an appeal request by benefit recipients. This training will also include information regarding the preparation for Administrative Disqualification hearings requested by the Agency.
