This is a training model which provides fundamental knowledge and skills needed for Child Welfare services delivery that is common to CPI, ARFA, FS, and FC program areas. The following information is included in the training content: History and Laws of Child Welfare; Intake and Screening; Definitions of Allegations; Objective Documentation; Physical Indicators of Child Maltreatment; Ethics; Family Engagement Skills; and Cultural Competency as it relates to Child Welfare practice and services.
