Statewide Appeals & F&R Unit Training for ES & F&R Summary of Evidence Preparation

This statewide training requires the involvement of all ES departments statewide. The purpose of the training is to apprise individuals of current requisite policies as related to the correct preparation of Summaries of Evidence for Fair Hearings, Administrative Disqualification Hearings, Recovery Fair Hearing.
