Statewide Appeals & F&R Training for Preparation of Summaries of Evidence

This statewide training requires the involvement of all ES departments statewide. The purpose of the training is to apprise individuals of current requisite policies as related to the correct preparation of Summaries of Evidence for Fair Hearings, Administrative Disqualification Hearings, Recovery Fair Hearing.

Special instructions: This statewide training is mandatory for all ES offices. Please make plans to attend one of the two training sessions.
