Tools For Effective Supervision

The purpose of Tools for Effective Supervision is to provide supervisors with tools and strategies to more effectively direct, coordinate, and manage the DCFS staff toward the provision of quality services. This is in light of some supervisors being held accountable for the safety, well-being, and permanency issues of children, and others being responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of decisions related to supporting families.
