Child Welfare New Worker Orientation Week Two

The Child Welfare New Worker Orientation provides fundamental knowledge and skills needed for Child Welfare service delivery common to CPS, FS, and FC program areas. This series will include program specific information to assist in introducing new Child Welfare staff to their daily tasks and duties while employed at DCFS.

Special instructions: Once supervisors approve staff to attend this training, supervisors must send the participants' Name, EIN, Region and Program to DCFS.CW-Training@LA.Gov Space is limited to the first 24 new Child Welfare hires.

Training on Mondays will begin at noon and end at 4:00 pm. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays training will begin at 8:30 am and end at 4:00 pm. On Fridays trainings will begin at 8:30 am and end at noon.
