INCORPORATING TEAMING INTO EVERYDAY PRACTICE (FTM-2) TRAININGS

Staff mandated to attend these trainings must attend one Facilitating the Family Team Meeting Process (FTM-1) training session and one Incorporating Teaming Into Everyday Practice (FTM-2) training session. These trainings must be attended in order. FTM-1 must be taken as a pre-requisite to FTM-2. Completion of both trainings is mandatory.

Special instructions: Facilitating the Family Team Meeting Process (FTM-1) is a 2 day training beginning each day at 8:30 a.m. and ending each day at 4:00 p.m.

All participants should register for training through their supervisor. Supervisors are required to send the Name of attendee, EIN, Region, Program, session date and time to DCFS.CW-Training@LA.GOV for each staff they are responsible for registering. Managers and supervisors may register themselves. The deadline for registration is two weeks prior to each training session.
