Lafayette Parish DCFS blood drive
The Blood Mobile from United Blood Services will be at the Brandywine State Office Building to collect blood donations for the hospitals in the Lafayette area.
Special instructions: One can just come during the time frame to the Blood Mobile or you can go to the web site and set an appointment on line, You can also contact Roy Shotwell Child Support Enforcement Supervisor who is the blood drive coordinator and an appointment can be set up. The sponsor code with United Blood Services is lafparishofs. A $15.00 gift card will be given to each person that donates that can be used at one of eight restaurants in our area.
