2019 Adoption Celebration - Attendance Guidelines

Those who are attending the Annual Adoption Celebration at the Governor's Mansion must comply with Louisiana State Police requirements. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Bring a photo ID for all adults entering Mansion grounds.
• All vehicles should enter through the Front gate of the Mansion, to access the parking lot. Please be prepared to have your name(s) checked at the gate.
• Overflow parking will be in grass lot across from front gate.
• Gate will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the event (1 pm).
• Please leave all backpacks or large bags in vehicles. Purses and personal bags brought into the Mansion are subject to be checked.
• Video recording and live streaming are strictly prohibited.
• If your name is not on the guest list, please contact the event organizer for assistance.
• Please check your email prior to event in case of any changes.
